Congo - Saka-Saka (Cassava Leaves Stew)
Ingredients:
- Cassava leaves (or spinach) 
- Peanuts (ground) 
- Onions (chopped) 
- Palm oil 
- Salt 
Instructions:
- Boil the cassava leaves until tender. 
- Heat palm oil and sauté onions. 
- Add peanuts and a bit of water, stirring until it thickens. 
- Mix in the cassava leaves and cook until well combined.
