Congo - Saka-Saka (Cassava Leaves Stew)
Ingredients:
Cassava leaves (or spinach)
Peanuts (ground)
Onions (chopped)
Palm oil
Salt
Instructions:
Boil the cassava leaves until tender.
Heat palm oil and sauté onions.
Add peanuts and a bit of water, stirring until it thickens.
Mix in the cassava leaves and cook until well combined.
