Congo - Saka-Saka (Cassava Leaves Stew)

Ingredients:

  • Cassava leaves (or spinach)

  • Peanuts (ground)

  • Onions (chopped)

  • Palm oil

  • Salt

Instructions:

  1. Boil the cassava leaves until tender.

  2. Heat palm oil and sauté onions.

  3. Add peanuts and a bit of water, stirring until it thickens.

  4. Mix in the cassava leaves and cook until well combined.
